Tami Roderick
Tami founded Vision Accounting back in 2008 when she had, well... a vision. She has an accounting degree from Missouri Southern and keeps herself and her client's books up to date on tax laws by attending several tax seminars every year. She developed her passion working for three CPA firms throughout her career. She also worked for a private company for a while as she began building her own accounting firm.
Her vision is to work as a member of her community and to provide expert accounting for people with a very personal touch. She loves her work and she loves to be what she calls a "Daymaker." This means she will go above and beyond to brighten the days of her clients and anyone else she can. When not at work, Tami loves to read books via facetime to her baby granddaughter currently living in China.

I am a mom of 3 beautiful girls and 2 dogs. I’ve been married to my soulmate for 26 years. I’ve been a Girl Scout leader and stay at home mom for almost 20 years. I went to school for Business/ Marketing Management and Accounting. I have worked in retail, owned my own business, and have been active in the community doing a variety of community service projects. I started doing taxes in 2018 for a private company working seasonally. In 2021 I decided to go back to work full time joining the Vision Accounting team! I am thrilled to work with Tami! My goal is to establish personalized relationships with our clients while helping them with their bookkeeping and tax needs.
In my free time I love gardening, traveling with my family, spending time with my grandson, and playing with my dogs.
Jessica Mueller
Meet Jessica Mueller, fondly known as Jess. Recently transitioning from Columbia, MO, she holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, accompanied by hands-on experience in the mortgage industry. Beyond her professional endeavors, Jess is a dedicated lifelong Girl Scout, actively contributing to causes like Children with Hair Loss and The Red Cross. At home, Jess cherishes moments with her fur babies, Rose and Bolt. An enthusiastic crocheter, she aspires to transform her passion into a thriving business. Jess seamlessly integrates her compassion for others into her client work, establishing her as a valuable asset to the Vision Accounting team.
